The cable jammed into the yellow port looks incorrect: that's an ethernet port and shouldn't have a phone lead plugged into it.

There also shouldn't be a cable in the socket marked 'Italia/ROI': that's for a phone handset in those countries.
If you could post a picture of the phone box on the wall, that would help.
Are you definitely a Sky Broadband subscriber at that address and have gone past the activation date?
