STVHD not available but other channels are, says no satellite signal

I cannot access STVHD, I live in a Glasgow postcode, says no satellite signal but all other channels are fine. It's happened in the past but this time it's been unavailable for much longer, weeks. Any suggestions?

What are the Signal Strength/Qualities in the Sky Box setting when it's tuned to an affected channel?

I'm not sure how to 'read' the signal but the input 1 strength and quality are about 60% input 2 signal strength the same but the quality has a very low bar

Unscrew both the cables from the back of the box, swap them over ans screw then back in (hand tight), then re-check the signal/qualities and see if they have improved

If this does not help then you'll need to call someone out to take a look
