I've recently added the Sky HD add on to my Sky Signature Package because I belived it also included Netflix Standard (two screens). After following the steps to link my accounts 'seamlessly' I'm still being charged by Netflix. I've contacted Netflix and was told I would need to close my account and Sky would need to setup a new account for me instead. So I contacted Sky and am being told I don't have a Netflix subscription and that for Netflix Standard to work with the HD pack, I would also need to sign up to Netflix Basic for £6 a month in addition to HD pack at £8 per month.
Is this right? When I originally joined Sky this isn't what I was told, and isn't detailed on their web page for the HD pack either?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis is the packs for Netflix:
Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

You are not alone in thinking this - if you read it carefully it does state the HD pack only upgrades to NF standard if you have the Ultimate TV add on.
