SKY Q update frozen
Hi is it possible for SKY to perform a remote reset on my sky Q box.It has been stuck on updating software 1 of 2 for hours now.I have googled problem and tried all suggestions but nothing works

It is possible yes for Sky to do something like that, but you will need to call them.
Click on below link and scroll to bottom and press the arrow on right of need more help and you will see a number below

When calling say 'technical' and ignore all the automated prompts to check message etc. and just stay on the line.
The helpline is open on a Sunday
