Me too. I have had it for ages. If you keep coming back out and go in again it eventually syncs, but it is really annoying when you pay so much for their service.

Reinstalling the program didn't work. It's a Sky problem. Same as the slow start up. As others have said, endless updates none of which solve the sync or slow start up issues, which we all hope to see solved everytime there is an update .
