SKY Diamond VIP

Hello, we have Sky Diamond VIP and Netflix was supposed tol be free for 4 months, why are we being charged???

Our latest Sky bill has increased, we were with Netflix but saw the VIP deal for Netflix which was cheaper, cancelled Netflix expecting 4 free months as per the small print with Sky.
