Hi folks I've had my sky equipment from date of instillation probably more than 15yrs  now and anyone who sees it starts laughing an says they remember that from their childhood , I want to change , what's the procedure for getting in touch with this ghost company SKY

There are no new Sky+ boxes - they were last manufactured in 2014/2015. If you want to stick with Sky+, rather than upgrade to Sky Q, the simplest solution is to buy a used box from the likes of ebay. Look for a DRX890 or DRX895 model as they're the most recent.

With Sky, Sky+ and Sky+ HD, boxes were sold to subscribers: if they wanted a 'new' box, they bought one.

Sky Q is the first product where boxes are loaned, not sold.
