Renting

I have purchased the New spiderman movie and it says purchased when i go onto the movie but it is not in my purchases and wont let me watch it

Did you rent the film or purchase it, if you rented it then you can only watch the film on the device it was rented on, so if you did this online at the Sky Store website then you can either watch it there or via the Sky Store app and not your Sky Q box.
