Remote control issues

My remote isn't controlling the sky Q box. I've changed the batteries and still nothing. The light flashes on it when I reset the remote and when I hold 1 and 3 but nothing else works

hi @LNTKAD1971 after you reset the remote with 7&9 are you making sure you have line of sight of your Q box when using 1 & 3 to re-pair it ?
