Remote access to sky box

I have a great auntie who struggles now and again with the remote control and does not do video calls or picture messages so we have to talk through solutions via the phone which is not easy. Is there a way of remote accessing her sky box to fix problems?

@Pete+Timo I'm not aware of any way to remote access a Sky Q box.  Most problems are normally fixed by rebooting the box, any major problems tend to need an Engineer visit, if it were possible to remote in then Engineer visits probably wouldn't be needed 🙂

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
