@merv60 My comment on Tom Cruise was only an observation that he did not fit, in any way shape or form (excuse the pun), what I envisaged Reacher to look like.

I read that last night too. Hopefully the second series will follow a book as closely as the first did.

Yes I hope so unfortunately how the books are written very few characters go from book to book so unless there is a major rewrite any good actors get lost and they have to start a fresh each series. Although hopefully not "Reacher" unless they find someone else who "fits" the part.
