Puck saying lost connection to Ethernet even though never been connected to it

Two of my pucks every time I turn on say lost connection, when I check they are saying Ethernet not connecting even though they have never been connected to Ethernet.

@Dazzar51 I wouldnt worry to much over the exact message error messages often mean something different. In this case you pucks are losing wifi network connection. Couple of things to try first make sure the option to stay connected in standby is selected. Second check the firmware version ss this was a fault with QS004.09 but was sorted for most woth QS005.21 which may still not have rolled out to everyone.
