Programs shown as viewed but I haven’t watched them yet
I have set up MySky plus box to record a series however when I checked the planner it shows all of those recorded in the series as already viewed when, in fact, none of them had been. This is intermittent and doesn't happen for every series recorded.

Re: Programs shown as viewed but I haven’t watched them yet
Try a planner rebuild:
Press Services on your remote
Select Help
Select Sky+ Rebuild
This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.

Will rebuilding the planning lose any recordings already there?

A planner rebuild is basically turning the box off and on again, just more safely than pulling the plug
