Product added without my knowledge

I have noticed today that sky sports has been added to my account but this hasn't been done by myself. I have tried to call numerous times and can't get through.

This needs cancelling with immediate effect and I need an explanation as to how this has happened. 

Someone please help me! 

My bill is now over 100 pounds!!

Please be aware that you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers. We obviously can't answer why? You'll need to call Sky I'm afraid. Best times to get through are just after 7am and about 9pm when the lines are quieter.

Hi, yea I did know that, I just saw that someone had posted and an actual sky employer had responded. I'm literally at my wits end but I haven't yet tried calling at 7am...I'll set my alarm! Thank you.

@jodilou  The Community Chat team can't do downgrades on accounts so calling would be your best option.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'd also be thinking about who could have added Sky Sports? Family member / friend / child maybe as a prank or without realising the financial implications.
