I have a new hub and cannot connet to my printer, Canon mg3600 series, I am connected to the WiFi but I cannot print

@Alice2003 Which router did you have before you got your new one from Sky, was this another Sky router, but older model?

@Alice2003Going by your message that you sent me in PM. The next course of action to see if the printer will connect with the new router is to split your Wi-Fi frequencies. This can be done follow the directions in the link below.

I am sorry but I think I will have to find another route to get it done, as I am not technically minded I don't think I can do as you ask. Thanks for trying to help

@Alice2003The only other way that might work is to connect it via wired connection be that USB or Ethernet. If you are able to do this.
