Phone service blocked

I rang and paid £35.00 on 4 Feb and asked to pay other half when I get paid end of Feb and was told that was ok.  I asked if it would be taken automatically or do I need to anything, and was told no it will be taken.  Now today I find my phone has been blocked.  Please can you advice me as I now have to travel to work in an old car over 60mikes with no phone.  I am a frontline worker too!  Please can you help me.  Thank you

@Chp06  Unfortunately if you have an Outstanding balance you'll need to pay it before Sky will reinstate your service.  You could try calling them however they may not speak to you until the balance is paid.

 

As this is a customer to customer forum there is very little the forum can do.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
