Payment issue

Good morning, 

 

I have been with sky now for a few months and I've never missed a payment being with you. But for some reason this months payment hasn't been paid and I don't know why? There is money in the account with the details it's set up with but still nothing. my payment date is the 1st of every month and for some reason this month hasn't come out. I'm very confused of why this has happened?

Hi @Pink+elephants  this isn't sky customer services, so you aren't talking to sky here, it's more a customer to customer forum. Give it a few days and if it still hasn't come out call sky and see what they say. Don't pay it manually or you may find sky take it again by direct debit.
