then if you click live chat chat available then it will ask you for your name email order number and postcode. but if you don't know your order number just leave it blank

All well and good but I needed it sorting today as I'm working tomorrow and answering the phone whilst driving a hgv is a big no no. And god knows when I'll be offered delivery

@mally+01 I never got that far, it got stuck in the delivery snafu and with all the problems arising I cancelled it. I got a phone call from Panther to apprise me of the issue and I've emailed them a couple of times to make sure they don't try and redeliver.
