PACKAGE CHANGE

Who do you contact by email to change your package , because i am not waiting in a phone queue for 30 minutes every <removed> day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@NEILTH1968 Sky don't communicate via email in these cases as they can't confirm security details etc. 


Apparently the lines are sometimes quieter just after 7am or about 9pm so it may be worth trying then (times may vary in ROI). Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.

@NEILTH1968  The wait time message is an indicator only and doesn't necessarily mean you will actually wait that long

@TechmanagerMal  Doesn't make a blind bit of difference , where it says Contact Us , you can't click on it. There is no way to contact Sky , unless you call them on an 0818 number which they receive payment for. It's just a scam!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't have a Sky landline , got through on Facebook messenger , my butt is getting numb waiting for one of the fantastic customer loyalty team employed by Sky to reply to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck! Hope you get sorted. I've never had any issues using live chat, I don't use Facebook personally.

  • Sorry, I didn't realise you were in the ROI, as you found there is no messenger option for you but I am sure others have successfully used the number given?
