Overcharged on account

I pay for sky talk anytime and see on this bill I well as paying the £12 for this I was charged for all my phone calls a total of £9.  I have tried and tried to find a way of contacting sky to let them know they owe me money but it is impossible to get in touch with them.

@123Helpme calls longer than 60 mins are chargeable. Also not all numbers are included in the package.
