I have ended my contract on the 26th Feb. My bills comes on the 9th of the month. Broadband got disconnected on 28th. Haven't used their service. They advised that I will get a £10 bill for the TV to end which I paid but still got an outstanding bill of £39 and cannot even call them to discuss . When I call the customer service ,it does not give me the option to speak to those agents. So frustrating

I do not need their services anymore as I have been disappointed with the company but cannot understand why keep on sending me bills when they do not update their systems.

I cannot even call to discuss as they do not give the option while calling the customer services.

Find out more@Kboury @This is just my opinion, but it sounds as though your March bill is still showing your TV service, as Sky Bill in advance they have generated a bill for all of March. I would think now that your TV services have ended yesterday you will get another adjusted final bill to reflect the cancellation.
