Outstanding bills after leaving

Good afternoon all,

 

Hopefuly somebody is able to provide some insight as I can't get to the bottom of this myself and have been unable to reach out to Sky by telephone call on multiple occasions (waiting for a while only to be transferred to somebody on hold, or line hung up on me)

 

I put in a cancellation for Sky on the 31st March to leave the Sky on the 5th May

I have always paid up fully (£39 > £55.78 > £61 > £53.83) but found that on the 16th April I was charged a smaller payment (-£32.50), with another smaller payment due in June (-£43.33)

 

I have received no confirmation as to what these payments are for, and in addition to the previous inconsistencies on the payment required from Sky, I am baffled to say the least.

 

I have also yet to receive any documentation to return the relevant Sky hardware to prevent being charged.

 

Has anybody had any experience with this in the past? and/or how to progress this further without wasting hours of my life to be hung up on?

The June bill looks like it could be a credit hence the minus being in front of it as this will be what is owed to you via a refund so if I was you I wouldcall Sky so they can get it refunded to you otherwise you could be waiting 6 weeks for it,

Also chase up the return packaging. When you do send the equipment back keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely.
