Outstanding bill paid nut still restricted

My bill had an outstanding payment so I've payed that, the rest of my bill isn't due til 19th September. But when I go onto restricted access it says I'm not but I have no sky? 

Please help

If you have only just made the payment then you need to wait until the payment is cleared and also setup your payment method via here:
