Ongoing issues with Broadband Buddy App not connecting to the Hub

For a few months i have been without  Broadband Buddy. I have taken the correct steps with installing and re-installing the App and adding my childrens devices again but when clicking the instruction to Connect to your Sky Broadband Hub  the message appears "Sky Broadband Buddy your Hub has been reset to factory default". The childrens devices have  a status of Check VPN device. Any advise please.

Could i have an update on the issue i still have with connecting to my hub with broadband buddy.This should be with your tier 2 team. Many thanks
