Ongoing issue with Broadband connection - have tried to contact SKY for over 3 hrs.

issue with broadband connection- signal keeps dropping . have tried everything to sort but no luck. have been trying to get assistance form Sky for over 3 hrs, I keep being sent form chat to SMS to WhatsApp & back again

May you please post your router stats, this can be done following the information in this link

 

Can you also run the Broadband Test from the MySky App or using this this link and post the results?
