On the phone and got cut off

I was on the phone to someone about the latest package and he put me on hold and cut me off , as my bill is getting too expensive with deals now full price . Please can they call me back .

@Heather1811  I'm afraid no one will call you back in response to a forum psot, any Sky staff present do not have account access, nor would anyone know who you are.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
