It's been over 2 two weeks now and I still haven't received Sky broadband router. Royal mail track and trace the item is still waiting to be dispatched. Who do I need to contact to get the item resent?

@Highlinderthe activation date was the 22nd December. I received a text message to say that the boardband was active but didn't have the hub.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GreenFocusIs your phone line working and can call Sky quicker if they are open just now to request your equipment and tell it has not been dispatched. If they are closed then come back let us know.
You can call on 150, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", ingore the prompts to hang up, when you should be put into the queue for an advisor.
