I have a load of programs queued for down load. In Recordings >Manage > Downloading>Resume Queue but nothing's happening. As I only just discovered this today, there are loads stuck in there and I wondered how I can delete them all. Nothing is responding to either resume or delete and everything is stuck on Queue Paused. It's so frustrating! Thanks

Is your Q box properly connected to your broadband either via WiFi or ethernet?
Have you tried fully rebooting the box? (Turn it off at the wall for 30 seconds then back on and allow to re-start.)

Yup. Tried the on/off/reset!
however........it looks as if the 50+ programmes I've been trying to delete from the 'resume download' section may be moving,so fingers crossed I'm sorted!

Not sure what you have been doing to have over 50 part downloaded programmes !
Do you keep cancelling/pausing when you are downloading things ?
