Non Stacking of Recordings - Better but not solved!

STV lunchtime news has no thumbnail any day as far as I can see. Evening one is ok!

@Chloe-W22  and @Kirsty+S27 BBC1 Is still blank for Saturday and some of ch5 is still blank for Sunday and ITV3 is still saying this is ITV3  and some of BBC1 for next monday is also blank please can you look into it

I just wanted to mention the current fix in place covers a rolling 24 hour broadcast window across all third parties, the further fix that is planned will cover the full rolling 7 day window which is why you might still see missing data in the next 2, 3 or 4 days etc.

@Chloe-W22 Modern Family  S6 Ep 17 on E4 last night. No thumbnail and failed to stack. First time this has happened this year. I thought the problem was resolved but looks like it isn't.

It's not resolved is it? Channel four programmes all over the place eg Love it or list. First 2 episodes together, tonights on it's own. When my contract is next up I'm going to get a humax freeview box. Hardly record any of skys offerings so may as well leave

everything is blank on mini tv guide for itv1 on sky Q and sky Q mini iv rebooted my box and checked wi-fi  can you look into  this thanks

@Chloe-W22 the missing thumbnails on the tv guide issue that I have well they came back yesterday but I have now noticed that they have disappeared today on both my mini box and my main sky Q box you look into to this as to why its happened
