No genres available in sky cinema

I have recently changed to sky q from my old box and there are no genres available in sky cinema which is making it difficult to look through the available films.

I have done all the steps suggested such as restating the box and refreshing all apps but it is continuing to say "no programs of this type available"

Anyone got any ideas?

Home Button > Sky Cinema > Genres.

Hi unfortunately it's not. There are no genres available when you select genres

Is your Q connected to the Internet?

 

Home> settings > status > Network connection

Yeah it connected and I've tried restarting the box and refreshing the apps
