Same here - blue screen, can't load anything, have rebooted the router (although no issues with the service) and the tv.  Still nothing.  I have Sky simply so I can watch the F1 which is due to start in 2 hours - very, very unhappy.  Oh and I've been sitting in queue on the phone for 38 mins now.

I have just purchased and wondering if I have a cooling off period and get out of it .. ?

Sky's status page shows Sky know there is a problem.

Its defo related to the latest update and im sure sky will have lots angry with them over this ive just found out via skygo on my phone what is happening in f1.

 

THROUGH MY PHONE!!!!! 

 

SKY what are you playing at your tv on the go app works but your main new tv provider services dont.

 

Buck your ideas up and fix it or you will have many people leaving

Has anyone else got sky glass problems?? I've done reboot same as my broadband but still nothing is loading it's a joke !!!

Same issue, won't load channels and when it does it freezes. Network is fine as Netflix app through the tv runs perfectly. I assume skys servers are the issue 🤷‍♂️

F1 starting a book signal. Still on hold, Thank God I'm in cooling off period. Not happy with this service.
