No glass tv loading problem

Please help, had sky stream a week and was working fine. Then all of a sudden it's stopped showing live tv. Programme just cuts out and message comes up saying please wait for programme to load but it never does.

we've got fibre to the premises and have plugged in to router with speed of 900mbps so isn't an internet issue.

can anyone help? Husband won't be happy if he can't watch f1 this afternoon

Hi Gang, same problem here . Stuttering picture and failure to load channel. Hope a fix is done quickly.

Same with me also. I've had Sky Glass for just over a year now and I've never had so many problems with watching TV as I do with this. I'm getting so fed up with it now. I just want to sit down and watch the TV. They charge enough for it don't they.

My Sky Glass TV keeps freezing, no picture or sound. Keep getting "LOADING" message, but nothing happens. Has there been any official announcement about what's going on????
