New stream user for a week. Same for me currently. No live channels work or on the occasion that they do it's heavily stuttering then stops. Mostly it's the "Please wait for your programme to load" message.

Sky glass isn't loading programmes on any channel. Keep getting message sating waiting for programmes to load or not available. Has sky glass for 5 months so its not the Internet. Puck not working either. Have tried switching off, switching router off. Still happening. Been doi g this for 4 hours.

Sky Glass is the worst product I've ever purchased it's simple as that.
99.9% of channels not working. My Sky app says everything is ok, can't get through to Sky they say they're busy, maybe if the product was fit for purpose they wouldn't be as busy. If the system says my Sky TV streaming is ok are they looking at my issue?

Unfortunately there is a service outage and Sky are working on it.

Sky was working fine earlier but now on all channels I'm getting please wait for programme to load message. Have switched router on and off and the sky box and still doing it. Any help please??

Sky Glass has gone off completely. Been off for over an hour now. Tried to contact Sky and got my call cut off after over 40 minutes waiting. This really is the worse Sky product ever. Is anyone else having issues?

We are also having this problem. Loading and freezing however switching off at the wall isn't working for us.
I've also had an ongoing problem since I've had it where we haven't been able to access our sky store or delete or add new devices. This has been going on for about 19months which hasn't been sorted
