Re: Glass tv - channels not working
@David+747 Try a power reboot, unplug TV/Puck for a couple of minutes then plug back in.

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6
This is still ongoing! It was fine for a few hours to now being completely unwatchable again! What's going on?? Any updates to when they are getting this fixed- it's very frustrating to say the least!

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6
Same issue here, live TV still stopping and then getting the "your programme is loading" situation. Broadband is rip-roaring fine though. Currently trying to watch BGT final and fast forwarding and pausing is lagging and generally not functioning properly.
Had Glass for 24hrs and it's not doing itself any favours...I'm trying to love it.
Please Sky, fix the issues.

Re: Glass tv - channels not working
We can't keep having to turn the pucks and TVs off surely...I've had Glass for 24hrs and rebooted five times! It's not what Sky should be.

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6
I can't help but think a lot of these issues are caused by incompability between sky stream - various different broadband providers and routers.
As well as having Sky Stream, I have virgin stream and the difference in stability is night and day. The virgin stream box is absolutely rock solid. I have never had a single issue in 6 months, I haven't had to reset the box once. It just works.

Hi @Gayleo2
Try a power cycle, turn off at the socket, wait a min then back on.
Thanks,
Tim

No live TV except ITV. Is sky forcing people to watch Britain Got talent? Because I am not interested. Kindly fix the problem. I have rebooted, pulled plugs, factory reseted. But still, no live TV except ITV.

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6
@Pete1871 The post marked as answer, it was resolved hours ago, there is no other update from Sky to say the issue has restarted, if a reboot doesn't help you'll need to call them.
