Re: Sky stream intermittently cuts out

Appears to be a general fault with sky glass customers as I can watch on my phone app.

guess it's a wait and see job

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6

I am in Kent. I have just tried to turn the TV on and it's not working. For me, it seems to be problem after problem with Sky Glass and I am very quickly getting fed up of the service. Never had a problem previously with sky plus.

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6

I can't get any live tv today, just says please wait for programmes to load. Can watch playlist and Netflix etc but nothing else. Can see from this thread there has been issues previously. I've had this before but not for this long, been hours now. Internet signal is good. Have switched off and on and re set router, still nothing. Any advice?

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6

Same here, just over 40 minutes on hold then cut-off. Only thing on the outgoing message saying they are aware of a small technical issue with glass. If none of your customers can get what they are paying for then I'd suggest it's a bit more than a small technical issue

Hi @Coopie

Unfortunately it's a matter of waiting for Sky to resolve their issues.

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6

With the cost of this service huge outages like this really should not be happening. Years ago Sky used to be one of the best for reliability and software but every month now I'm just waiting for something to go wrong. Really unacceptable.

Re: No Live Channels/Channels freezing on Glass & Stream 4/6

Worse product ever. In years with Sky I've had little cause to contact them. Then bought this pile of Glass garbage. Awful product
