New episodes not showing on some Channel 4 programmes

As every day ticks by I wonder why I "upgraded" to Sky Glass. My biggest issue is trying to watch most loved programmes like I used to via a series link on my Sky+ box. I understand about the playlist function and see its potential benefits, but a lot of programmes don't update. On Channel 4 for instance, I am a huge lover of Escape to the Chateau, but the episodes haven't updated for 3 weeks? Why is this? There are 3 episodes out there (I know because if I go to Channel 4's website on my iPad I can see them), however they don't appear via the C4 app on Sky Glass. Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

Nope you aren't doing anything wrong but in this case the problem lies at least 75% with 4.

This is Channel4 who refuse to give Sky rights to Cloud Record, this giving Sky data files with links to watch programmes and episodes.

When they mess up,, you don't see the latest epiaodes.  It happened with Married At First Sight Australia in november and took Channel 4 a week to resolve the problem, all in all two weeks without daily episodes was this experience.

Sometimes they won't link to a show because of their own technical problems.   Sky has zero control, so you should mention it to the 3rd parties.
