New broadband not working

Recently had to wait 11 days without tv or broadband after a house move. The engineers came out yesterday to instal the new open reach broadband and sky box.  Unfortunately the open reach box hasn't been installed properly and we're still without broadband. Any ideas what I can do? I rang up yesterday and they were unable to fix it. They said it maybe be another 48 hours before an engineer can visit again. I've not had any correspondence today and I'm wondering what I can do to speed this up. We rely on the connection for working at home as well so I've had to make other arrangements

@Chewy81 What serivce was it they were installing.  You metioned an openreach box.  Was it a phone socket or is it full fibre and they were installing the openreach ONT?

It was an upgrade to sky Q and a new open reach box install for the faster Internet access. A new open reach box was installed at phone line entry to the house and linked ul to the phone, and sky hub etc.

Sky Q as in the TV package?

The Openreach box you mention, is it something like the below?

Or a regular type 'phone socket like any of the below?

Hello, yeah sky Q tv. The open reach box is much smaller and seems to be a replacement for the phone line socket if that makes sense. The engineers had to drill through the wall to fit it.
