New bills despite cancellation

Hello, I  cancelled my broadband with Sky broadband 2 weeks ago. I talked with them and then got the cancellation email. They haven't sent me the return label yet. And they said when they do I will have 60 days to return the broadband.

Now I just got a new Sky Bill!! I had it activated (without never putting it in socket) for 2 days! They in fact owe me money.. why they keep taking and not even letting me get rid of their broadband?

You say you cancelled two weeks ago, is this when you left Sky or gave them two weeks notice to leave, is so what date are you leaving Sky, the reason I ask is because you will be billed right up to the day you leave.
