New SkyQ box will not stay connected to the internet

As title guys, SkyQ box set up today and it won't stay connected to the internet, it connects then after 10/secs it drops out and then reconnects and so on ......

 

I rang the 03 numbers which after a test tells me the problem is with my home set up, however everything works and all other devices connect!

 

The same happens whether the connection is attempted wirelessly or with a cable

 

Any suggestions gratefully received!
