New Sky Go Extra Customer

Hi All - hope you are well. I have recently negotiated my  Sky contract and as part of the offer for staying with Sky I was given Sky Go Extra free of charge. When I log into my Sky Go app it looks exactly the same as it did before and when I go to the 'Downloads' section it states I need to become a Sky Go Extra customer. How do I get the app to recognise that I do now have Sky Go Extra ? 

 

I have checked what products I have under my account and it does now show Sky Go Extra as part of my package.

The app itself and the message in the downloads section doesn't change as it will always be there. If Sky Go Extra has now been added to your account you can  now download content to the app to watch back.
