So annoying as we watch a film then buffer wait- watch/ buffer and wait again. Our phones never get above 1 bar and chose 4g instead. Really hard to work from home. Internet download speed differ between 0.1 to 11mbps but sky always seems to test same - good and 18mbps. Sky engineer came out and moved booster. Got 16mbps on measure but gone downhill Again. I'm paying for a booster and super fast. Don't know what to do, so upsetting

I did try getting router info but passwords did not work. Spent 2 hrs with sky today because I could not work from home. I did all the troubleshooting, waste of time. They tell me that everything tests good so won't send engineer. I have raised a complaint but don't think sky are to bothered about losing us, sadly I think I am going to have to get a different broadband provider. All our phones on house have to use 4/3G as WiFi not strong enough.
