Mysky app stuck on loading

Ikr same thing happens on my iPhone I keep deleting the app and reinstall it again it keep saying same thing blank flashing white screen Ntn loading sky please fix this and also on my sky tv no apps working my WiFi connection is working on my phones why is that sky please tell us cause I don't want to hear that am over due or to be charged with late fees please I beg you on the name of Christ Jesus please help me to fix this issues is really annoying everyone please please.

Yes mine just sticks after I log in, blank home screen and other options grayed out. Not sure what point there is to Sky VIP if you can never access it

This is a known issue that is being reported by others, so what you need to do is to send an email and that image to the apps team at Sky via this email address - apps@sky.uk

Make sure you include your make of phone and the operating system it is using.

Just tried installing the app on my missus phone which it has never been on it before and gets same error message too.
