MySky is missing internet bills
So I joined sky for my broadband connection, then soon after got sky glass. When I log into my sky account I cannot see any bills for the broadband, only my glass billing. There is no live chat which is helpful!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Update - spoken to Nate.knapton, we found that the Sky Id was linked to an old account and the customer needed to call our Sky Id to strip the ID back to basics so they can link it to the broadband account. 🙂
