My sky glass won’t let me pause, forward or rewind ? Saying I need a sky subscription?

I have sky glass and the bill is paid but tonight it's not letting me pause, rewind or forward? Says I need a sky subscription for this - yet I'm watching sky sports?

@fizzdisco Yeah we unplugged it and plugged back in and it reset itself
