My broadband is not working

Hi there I just received my broadband today and it not seem to be working .

Wife and the power is on green on the broadband  but the internet dosent light up at all and I can connect to the internet . Can you advise me on this please ?

It can take up to midnight ie 23:59 on the day of activation. If its not working by tomorrow morning get back to us
