My bill

I really need help im a custmer with sky and as been for 6 months i really dont understand my bill this month when i try to speak to sky i cant because i need to pay £145 first, but when i woke up sky taken £178 of me and there no way to talk to sky im really worried as i dont understand whats happening

Update - Spoken to the customer and provided a breakdown of the bills and charges.

@Newmember123  I've escalated this to sky if they can help they will be in touch with you via private community message or email both of which will invite you to a private chat 

 

so look out for a blue bubble in bottom right hand corner when logged on to this forum

@Newmember123 If your services were restricted before they are reinstated Sky normally require full payment of the outstanding balance and a new continuous payment method set up. If you are 2 weeks or more in arrears you will have to pay the next bill as well as this will now have been generated. If you pay all but £25 of the outstanding amount Sky will usually reinstate your services and they’ll add the £25 to the following months bill. Then you can call Sky and question the bill. You'll be reimbursed if Sky got it wrong. 

In the future it’s always better to contact Sky before your bill is due.
