Hiya I received an email saying my payment is late and I need to pay however I have made a payment on 20th October ready for November so I don't need to pay till December? I have in my bank statement proof the money has been taken out

It's most likely a scam text, there is a link in it that varies from the sky.com address, you would be best advised to check your bills online at Your Sky Bills | Sky.com

@Tave This may be a scam, what does your online bill show here, if it's saying payment received you should be ok
