Missed Broadband Activation Date

Is it common for there to be delays? My broadband was supposed to be activated yesterday, but nothing. 

 

Any contact number I can call?

@Timmy1211Is there any information in track orders in my account. If there is information there then come back let us know what it is. If there is no information come back and let us know so that we can escalate this or give you further information on what to do next.

Thank you for the message. 

 

It simply says "Activation - in progress - 28th March" no other information. The last Tennant had sky, so shouldn't be too much of an issue.

@Timmy1211Is the phone line still active or is it dead with you saying the previous people had Sky before you moved in.
