Maximum number of mini boxes

I have the sky hub, sky Q main box and 3 mini boxes in bedrooms. Is it right I can't use all mini boxes at the same time? I'm being told I've reached my mini box limit and turn one of them off. Never seen this before

Yes, its always been maximum of two mini boxes plus the main box at any one time.
