Lost meridian local news after meridian did change over can get it on 803 but not on 103

Getting meridian South east on ch103 but need meridian south which comes up on ch803 as itv hd but want it to appear on 103

For the time bieng you will have to watch/record it on 803 as you might find that sometime it will change to 103.
